We do not warrant or guarantee that the SSL Certificate applied for will be issued in you or your company name. As each CA (Certificate Authority) have own/ independent Terms of Service, Fraud Screening and Verification Process.

Both the application of the SSL Certificate and its ongoing use are subject to the relevant CA’s (Certificate Authority’s) terms and conditions of use and you are responsible for ensuring that you are aware of those terms and conditions and can and do comply with them. You irrevocably waive any claims you may have against us in respect of the decision of a CA (Certificate Authority) to refuse to issue a SSL Certificate and, without limitation agree that the administration charge paid by you to us shall be non-refundable in any event.

We accept no responsibility in respect of the use of a SSL Certificate by you.
