What is Shared Web hosting?

In Shared Web Hosting, multiple clients are hosted on a single server i.e. the clients share the server’s resources. This helps reduce the cost, since the cost of the server and its resources are spread over all the clients/packages hosted on the server. Shared Hosting is perfect for personal websites, small and mid-sized businesses that do not require all the resources of a server.

Can I host multiple Web sites within one Shared Hosting plan?

Yes! Our Pro and Business Windows shared hosting plans allow you to host more than one Website, by adding secondary domains through your hosting control panel i.e. Plesk.

Do you offer SSH access?

Yes! Our Pro and Business Windows shared hosting plans allow you to host more No, at the moment, we do not provide ssh access. However, most of the tasks can be easily achieved using your Hosting Control Panel – Plesk.

What is Plesk control panel?

The Plesk Control Panel is the web-based interface that allows you to manage your Web Hosting account.

Will my Plesk control panel come with easy script installer?

We currently offers Plesk which comes with 50+ easy script installer including WordPress, Joomla & Drupal.

What is your backup policy?

We keep disaster recovery backup. You may request us for a backup of the last 7 days (from the date of request) for $20 fee.

What nameserver I should use if my domain is register with another registrar?

You can purchase TheTigerHost Windows Web Hosting and have a domain hosted with another registrar. If that is the case, then you need to use the name servers that we sent to your during account creation.

Is there any hidden fees?

Yes, all our Windows Shared Hosting packages come with Unlimited Email Hosting.

Can I divide my Shared Hosting package and resell it?

While a Shared Hosting package cannot be used for this purpose, you can easily resell custom packages with our Reseller Hosting.

Can I upgrade to a higher plan?

Yes, you can easily upgrade to one of our higher plans at any time.
