We reserve the right to change this terms and conditions from time to time without notice. You acknowledge and agree that it is your responsibility to review this terms and conditions periodically to familiarize yourself with any modifications. Your continued use of this site after such modifications will constitute acknowledgment and agreement of the modified terms and conditions.

Termination/ Suspension of Use

You agree that we may, at our sole discretion, suspend or terminate your access to all or part of our website and Resources with or without notice and for any reason, including, without limitation, breach of this User Agreement. Any suspected illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity may be grounds for terminating your relationship and may be referred to appropriate law enforcement authorities. Upon suspension or termination, your right to use the Resources we provide will immediately cease, and we reserve the right to remove or delete any information that you may have on file with us, including any account or login information.

We reserve the right to suspend your service at the time of service abuse without prior notification, and to terminate post 3 events of suspension of the service as a result of ongoing lack of resolution of the issue associated.

Cancellation Policy

Subscriber may cancel this TOS Agreement and the service that TheTigerHost provides to Subscriber here-under by filing the Cancellation Request form within the Client Area or Client Area :: Prime at least thirty (30) days prior to Subscriber’s next monthly billing date.

TheTigerHost will not honor notice of cancellation by any other means of communication. Subscriber must be current on all payments and must have all account information available at the time of such request for said requested cancellation to become effective. It is Subscriber’s responsibility to separately confirm that TheTigerHost has timely received notice of requested cancellation.

Payments made up to your cancellation date are not refundable unless you’re canceling within the money back guarantee period as mentioned in product description less any setup provisioning fees.

Order Activation/ Delivery

After order and successful payment, each order will be activated within below estimated time frame and will be deliver to your registered email with us:

Domain Registration/ Transfer order activation take less than 30 minutes.

Shared Hosting accounts take less than 1 hour to set up.

Reseller Hosting accounts take less than 12 hour to set up.

VPS order activation take less than 24 hour.

Dedicated Server order activation take 24 to 48 hour.

Domain Validated SSL activated instantly.

OV and EV SSL activation take less then 1 hour.

Money back guarantee and Refund policy

All of our services cover 7 days money back guarantee except domain name registration or transfer, DDoS protected hosting or DDoS protection, vps, dedicated server and one-time services, this includes script/ software subscriptions, labor, setup fees, late fees, script configuration, script integration, etc.

You are responsible for your sites and all sites that you host to be in accordance with all rules on this page. Misuse by you may result in actions on your account, including removal from the server without a refund.

We can only refund credit for bitcoin payment.

NO refunds will be issued AFTER 7-days Or violating TOS, even if you have paid for multiple months of hosting service in advance.

In Respect to your Account Content

All services provided by TheTigerHost may only be use for lawful purposes. The Service must not be used for activities TheTigerHost deems to impact its customers or its ability to deliver services to its customers. Such activities may include, but are not limited to:

Illegal Adult sites, Auction sites, Phising & Fraudulent sites, Hate sites, Racism, Violence or Warez sites, Sites distributing hacking tools, data, products or services, Proxy scripts, IRC Bots, Sites selling unlicensed software, Unlicensed Banking sites, Child pornography of any sort of, Sites selling class 3 and above narcotics (including recreational drugs), Fake site, Intellectual Property Infringement, Shorten url site.

If you are our direct customer and your account is found to contain illegal activity, illegal mp3 files, pirated software, hacker programs, warez programs, or any other illegal files, your account will be terminated immediately, without notice. If you are reseller, we will suspend the site in question and will notify you so that you can take necessery step.
If you are (D)DOSsed

If you are on our Premium network and (D)DOSsed, we reserve the right to shut down the site/ vps/ server.

If you are on our DDoS Protection Ready network without protection and (D)DOSsed, we reserve the right to nullroute your specific site’s ip that is being (D)DOSsed.

If you are on our DDoS Protection Ready network with protection we reserve the right to nullroute your specific site’s ip that is being (D)DOSsed attack crossed burst protection limit. Such nullroute will be remove once traffic back to normal.

Backup and Data Loss

Your use of the service offered by TheTigerHost is at your sole risk. TheTigerHost is not responsible for files and/or data residing on your account. You agree to take full responsibility for files and data transferred and to maintain all appropriate backup of files and data stored on TheTigerHost servers. TheTigerHost provides free courtesy backups for last three days for all of our shared and reseller hosting client with active subscription however we do not provide any guarantee on the availability or the ability of restoration for our backups. Any account larger than 5 gigabytes may, at our discretion, be excluded from our backup systems with or without notice. Dedicated Server services are not backed up by TheTigerHost.

Account Security

In order to access Support, Billing system, cPanel, WHM, FTP, SSH, you will required to use login credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any login information associated with account/ services you use. Accordingly, you are responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Server Uptime Guarantee

TheTigerHost guarantees 99.99% service (http, ftp, pop, imap, smtp) uptime on all hosting plans. Should we fail to deliver this for any given calendar month, your account will be refunded a pro-rated amount for the duration of excessive downtime

Price Change

The amount you pay for hosting will never increase from the date of purchase. We retain the right to increase any pricing and make changes to our account plans without notification.
Limitation of Liability

By using our service you expressly understand and agree that any claim against us shall be limited to the amount you paid, if any, for use of products and/or services. TheTigerHost, its offices, agents or any one else involved in creating, producing or distributing services will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential or exemplary loss or damages which may be incurred by you as a result of using our Resources, or as a result of any changes, data loss or corruption, cancellation, loss of access, or downtime to the full extent that applicable limitation of liability laws apply.

Copyrights/Trademarks

The content available through the site is the sole property of TheTigerHost or its advertisers, suppliers or licensors and is protected by patent, copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. Except as otherwise explicitly agreed in writing, TheTigerHost owned content received through the site may be downloaded, displayed, reformatted and printed for your personal, non-commercial use only. Content owned by TheTigerHost’s advertisers, suppliers or licensors may be subject to additional restrictions. You agree not to reproduce, retransmit, distribute, disseminate, sell, publish, broadcast or circulate the content received through the site to anyone, including but not limited to others in the same company or organization without TheTigerHost’s express prior written consent.

Governing Law

This website is controlled by TheTigerHost from our offices located in Dhaka, Bangladesh. It can be accessed by most countries around the world. As each country has laws that may differ from those of Dhaka, by accessing our website, you agree that the statutes and laws of Dhaka, without regard to the conflict of laws and the United Nations Convention on the International Sales of Goods, will apply to all matters relating to the use of this website and the purchase of any products or services through this site.
