By purchasing or using our services, you (“Customer” or “you”) agree to these Terms.

1. General

You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when ordering our services. You are responsible for your account credentials and all activities performed through your account.

2. Domain Registration

Domain names are registered through third-party registrars and registries and are subject to their applicable terms, policies, and requirements, including ICANN policies where applicable.

By ordering a domain name, you agree to the applicable registrar and registry agreements and policies.

You are responsible for providing accurate registrant information, maintaining control of your domain, and renewing it before expiration. Domain registration and renewal fees are generally non-refundable once the transaction is completed, subject to applicable law and registrar policies.

We do not guarantee domain availability or successful registration.

3. Web Hosting

You agree to use our hosting services lawfully and in accordance with your purchased package.

You must not use our services for spam, phishing, malware, fraud, illegal content, copyright infringement, or activities that harm our infrastructure or other customers.

You are responsible for your website content, applications, account security, and maintaining independent backups of your data.

We may suspend or terminate services for abuse, security risks, non-payment, or violations of these Terms.

4. SSL Certificates

SSL certificates are issued by independent Certificate Authorities (CAs) and are subject to their applicable Subscriber Agreements, Certificate Policies, and Terms of Use.

By purchasing or using an SSL certificate, you agree to the applicable CA terms and authorize the submission of information required for certificate validation and issuance.

Certificate issuance, renewal, and revocation are subject to the CA’s policies. We do not guarantee certificate issuance or successful renewal.

You are responsible for protecting your certificate’s private key and using the certificate lawfully.

5. Payments, Renewals, and Refunds

All services must be paid for according to the prices displayed at the time of purchase.

Renewal prices may differ from initial promotional prices.

You are responsible for renewing your services before expiration. We may send renewal reminders as a courtesy but do not guarantee their delivery.

Refunds and cancellations are subject to our applicable refund policy, third-party provider policies, and applicable law.

6. Third-Party Services

Our services may depend on third-party registrars, registries, Certificate Authorities, data centers, and other providers.

You agree to comply with their applicable terms and policies. Third-party service interruptions or policy changes may affect our services.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profits, business, or data.

Our total liability for a service will not exceed the amount paid for that service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

8. Suspension and Termination

We may suspend or terminate services for non-payment, abuse, illegal activity, security risks, or violation of these Terms or applicable third-party policies.

You may cancel services according to our cancellation policy. Outstanding payments remain due after cancellation.
